Order Processing

At Ace of Mane, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen delays such as weather conditions or carrier issues.

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5-7 business days

Delivery times begin after order processing is complete. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey. If you do not receive tracking details within the estimated processing time, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, Ace of Mane is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they have been shipped. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer support team.

Changes & Address Updates

To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you need to make changes, contact us within 1 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to modify the shipping details.
