Not all silk is created equal. Many use toxic dyes, low-quality silk, or falsely claim a higher momme weight. Some manufacturers use thread count as a distraction for low quality silk, but for 100% pure silk, momme is the true measure of quality.

Silk pillowcases are gentler on hair and skin, reducing friction, frizz, and breakage while preventing sleep creases and wrinkles. Unlike cotton, silk doesn’t absorb your hair and skins natural oils, helping retain moisture. It’s hypoallergenic, breathable, and temperature-regulating for a cooler, more comfortable sleep. With its luxurious feel and durability, silk offers a beauty-boosting upgrade to your nightly routine.

Hand wash with a pH-neutral detergent or use a gentle machine cycle with cold water. Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, and tumble drying—air drying is best. If unsure about detergent pH, choose one labeled for silk. A delicate bag is optional, depending on your machine. Wash separately from rough fabrics like denim or towels and never wring or twist. Hand washing extends the lifespan and sheen of silk maintaining its beauty benefits.

Momme is a unit of measurement that indicates the weight and density of silk fabric. The higher the momme, the thicker and more premium the fabric, offering improved drape, a smoother texture, and more durability.

6A Grade refers to the highest quality silk, made from long, fine, and smooth fibers with minimal imperfections. This premium grade ensures a luxurious feel, superior strength, and a flawless, silky texture for ultimate softness and longevity.
